Personal Wellness

Commit to be fit

Take advantage of our FREE tool designed for new exercisers or those struggling to maintain an exercise program.

  • Individual appointments with a YMCA Wellness Attendant
  • Instruction on the proper use of the cardio and resistance training equipment
  • Helpful information and directions to provide you with safe, fun and challenging workouts including; stretching exercises and tracking forms getting you on the road to a healthy lifestyle.
  • Optional Fitness Assessment (can include one or more of the following; blood pressure, body fat, flexibility,cardiovascular endurance & strength testing.)

Personal/Group Training

Personal Training

Your Personal Trainer will assist you with motivation, challenge, change, safety and accountability.
Take these steps to hire your personal trainer:

  1. Choose a Personal Trainer—Check profiles at Welcome Center or Wellness Area
  2. Complete registration form
  3. Pay for your sessions at the Welcome Center in the main lobby
  4. You will receive a confirmation phone call
  5. Your Personal Trainer will contact you to schedule your sessions

Personal Training Packages

  • B & B (Basics and Beyond): This package is for our beginner or intermediate exerciser who is looking for a well balanced program focusing on the aspects of health related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.
  • PT Readiness: This package is for our beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser who is training for a specific exercise or goal such as military physical fitness standardized testing.
  • Bounce Back Bambino: This package is geared toward the new mom who is looking to reshape her body after baby with a special emphasis in core work.
  • Pikes Peak Challenge: This package is for the outdoors enthusiast who wants to increase lower body strength and endurance for the summer season with an emphasis in balance and core strength.
  • Baby Boomer Bloom: This package is for older members 65+ who are looking for a total body program geared toward functional training, balance and mobility.
  • Note: All Packages are completely transferrable

W.O.W - Women on Weights

Four week program designed for women! This small group will focus on strength and conditioning training based around our strength machines and free weights. Includes workout programs and proper lifting techniques.

Wellness Classes and Exercise Equipment
