The Southeast Family Center/Armed Services YMCA opened in 2002 to serve the Colorado Springs Southeast community. The facility includes:

• A full Strength and Conditioning Center with Cardiovascular and Weight equipment
• Provides teens with a safe and comfortable environment to be themselves
• Two Swimming Pools with lap and recreational swimming. Classes offered include swimming lessons and Water Exercise programs

• Group Exercise classes from traditional Aerobics and kickboxing to Yoga and Pilates
