How to Apply for YMCA Financial Assistance (Y- Assist)

If you are unable to pay the full cost of Y membership or programs, you may apply for partial assistance based on your financial situation. Funds for financial assistance are raised by the volunteers of the Annual Community Support Campaign and come from generous individuals and businesses in the community.

  • Please download and complete the Y-Assist Application above.
  • Please provide your two most recent pay stubs, your most recent tax return, and proof of any other income (ex. Unemployment, Government Assistance, Child Support, etc.)
  • Y Child Care and Camp programs may have their own separate financial assistance applications form. Contact the YMCA Association Child Care Services office for more information.
