The Cage

Taught by personal Trainer Norman Dean
This class will have a combination of mixed martial arts, kick boxing, and self defense training principles. If you want to see how a UFC fighter feels after winning a match, then bring it on!
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm

Non-Residents $55
If you complete one full month you will receive a custom "The Cage" t-shirt.
If you complete two full months you will receive a custom t-shirt and hand wraps.
Must pre-register for this class.


Shredder

This class is a step up on the intensity scale from Extreme Fitness. Build muscle tone, gain agility, and sweat your butt off!

**You must have completed at least one full month of Extreme Fitness to register for this class.

Extreme Fitness

This class will help you move beyond stubborn plateaus, break out of the fitness ruts and re-energize your workouts. All levels welcome.

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm
